About the Role

The Mqhele Yezizwe Foundation is looking for a talented and driven individual to fill the role of Team Coordinator at Mqhele Yezizwe Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your administrative skills, work closely with our Executive Assistant, and make a meaningful impact in the community.

The Team Coordinator will assist the Executive Assistant in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with the potential to succeed the Executive Assistant or the Volunteer Coordinator in the future.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


• Assist the Executive Assistant in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

• Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations

• Develop and maintain filing systems, databases, and other organizational tools

• Coordinate events, meetings, and projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-up

• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, partners, and donors

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director/CEO or Executive Assistant


SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS


• Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field

• 1-2 years of administrative experience

• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to the mission and values of Mqhele Yezizwe Foundation
